The Loyalty card terms and conditions are listed below, and your participation is considered acceptance. If you have any questions, please contact us.
1. Loyalty card members must present their Loyalty card at the till before paying for an order/table to collect points. This must be done by signing into the SQUIRES FISH RESTAURANT APP and selecting My Loyalty Card in the MY ACCOUNT section. Members who forget to scan their Loyalty card cannot have the points added at a later time.
2. Loyalty card points can only be collected and redeemed at SQUIRES FISH RESTAURANT.
3. To be awarded Loyalty card points, members must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction. The number of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place.
4. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of the business.
5. Loyalty card members can collect a maximum of 10,000 points in any 12-month period.
6. We may set a maximum number of points that can be awarded for promotional items. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of the scheme.
7. The Loyalty card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. We reserve the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
8. We are entitled to remove Loyalty card points from member’s accounts at any time, if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given.
9. Loyalty card points awarded at the time of the transaction or may be removed or cancelled if We determine that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.
10. The current conversion value of points is 1 point is equal to 1 penny
11. We are under no obligation to award Loyalty card points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.
12. We may, at any time, terminate, alter or amend the conditions or operation of the scheme.
13. The scheme is UK only. All members of the scheme must have a valid UK address and be aged 18 years or over.
14. Members are only entitled to 1 Loyalty card account each. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time at our discretion. Points cannot be amalgamated with other members to create additional points.
15. In line with GDPR and Data Protection regulation, we will delete accounts that haven't accrued any points for 1 year and 'carried forward' points will expire after 1 year, if the account has not been used within this period. Loyalty card accounts that aren’t used for 1 year and accounts with out-of-date details, will be removed and any points forfeited.
16. Loyalty card points are valid for 1 year from date of issue. They cannot be used or reissued after this date.
17. The Loyalty card is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the account.
18. We may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Loyalty cards, and points, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the scheme if: there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme, any behaviour relating to Loyalty card or the business that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
19. Loyalty card points cannot be transferred, bought, sold or traded in any way.
20. Members may not inherit the points of a family member who has died.
21. Use of offers and benefits associated with your Loyalty Card account are subject to store and online network availability
22. These terms and conditions are correct as of July 2024. They will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. We reserve the right to change these at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
23. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
